New Residents

1. Submit ownership proof to HOA Manager.  Silverleaf Management Group. (This is required before most steps below.)
2. Register for HavenStone.org access.  (Step 1 must be completed prior to approval.)
   
   
3. Register for https://portal.silverleafmanagement.com/home_v2/Login  access.  (Step 1 must be completed prior to approval.)
   
   
4. Ensure you have access controls (key fob or headlight strip) for gate access.
   
   
5. Register your vehicles and with the guard house.
   
   
6. Register your phone numbers with the guard house so guests and guards can contact you.
   
   
7. Review the Callbox Instructions and find out your codes.
   
   
8. Review the Links section of website for important local contact information. (In the About menu above.)
   
   
9. Join Private FB Group (Optional but this is used to share some information that is not shared via email blasts.)
   
   
10. Get involved in committees and social events!
